These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and products operated by KANTIMOHAN ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Kantimohan Enterprises”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our website or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Some features are offered free of charge and others on a paid subscription. Prices and inclusions are shown at the point of purchase. Fees are stated in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. If you were charged in error or a paid service was not delivered, contact us within 7 days at hello@kantimohan.com and we will review and, where due, refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Intellectual property

The services, including software, design, and content we provide, remain the property of KANTIMOHAN ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display it solely to operate the services.

Third party services

Our services may link to or rely on third party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paying customers.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. You may stop using the services and close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you.
